Updated Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Matrix

The Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) matrix has been updated. Providers should check the updated EVV service matrix below to confirm whether they are an EVV Provider. If you provide any of the services listed below, you are required to have an EVV system by January 1, 2021. (Click image to enlarge.)

Updated EVV Matrix 12-03-2020

If you have not established your Agency’s EVV system by January 1, 2021, you will no longer be able to bill or receive payment for services identified as requiring EVV within the federal mandate.

For more information about this federal mandate please see the DHHS EVV information page.

EVV providers with any questions may e-mail providerevv@alliancehealthplan.org. Alliance will work to connect them with HHA so their EVV platform can be built.

Important Provider Feedback Needed

NC DHHS Transition of Care team is partnering with the LME-MCO network in seeking provider feedback for options of how to share substance use disorder information for those members who will be transferring to a Standard Plan/PHP. You can review the options here and submit your feedback by taking a short survey. All responses are due by close of business on December 3, 2020.

Reminder: Feedback Requested on Community Needs Assessment

Alliance is conducting its annual Community Needs Assessment to evaluate service capacity, needs and gaps in Cumberland, Durham, Johnston and Wake counties. We are seeking input from our community through multiple approaches, including a web-based survey.

Information received through this process will inform our service planning and development efforts for the next year and help us better serve adults, children and families in the Alliance region. Please help us obtain community feedback by responding to the survey by Friday, December 11, and by distributing this message to others who may have an interest in responding. We would also appreciate your help reaching members and families who do not have internet access or would prefer to submit a hard copy version of the survey. Access a hard copy for download.

We would also appreciate your help distributing this survey to members and families who speak Spanish. A Spanish language version of the survey is available online, and a hard copy version is available for download. Click here to download a Spanish version of the survey.

Tuesday January 5, 2021, 7 PM.

Presented by Kathy Hotelling, Ph.D., ABPP, Co-founder and Board Chair of NCFASD Informed.

FASD is an umbrella term that encompasses a range of conditions that can occur due to exposure to alcohol in utero; FASD is a developmental disability. The effects of fetal alcohol exposure can include behavioral, learning, and physical problems. Prevalence of this developmental disability is one in 20, but 90% remain unrecognized or misdiagnosed.
